Measures A, B, C, E and G are parcel tax school bond measures for cities across Marin.
Marin GOP voted to recommend NO of all of the school bonds.
CO$T recommends a Yes vote only on G because it has a sunset date of 8 years and exemptions.

Measure I: Repeal and replace the Town’s current Just Cause Eviction and Rent Stabilization Ordinances.

Measure J: Fairfax road bond – $30/$100K assessed value – Big 30-year tax. FFX also faces RM4,
TUHSD bonds & possible 2025/6 RVSD parcel tax.

Measure M: Novato FOREVER sales tax increase of 0.75%. No sunset.
Vote NO (CO$T: NO) Called a FOREVER tax because it can only be changed by citizen initiative, which is almost impossible to achieve.
