Where's My Ballot

Tracking your vote-by-mail ballot—when it is mailed, received, and counted—has never been easier. The California Secretary of State is now offering Where’s My Ballot?—a way for voters to track and receive notification of the status of their vote-by-mail ballot. Where’s My Ballot lets voters know where their ballot is, and its status, every step of the way.

Change My Political Party

In order to change your political party preference, you must re-register to vote. You can re-register to vote by completing a voter registration application online at RegisterToVote.ca.gov. If you need to register or re register because of address change, you can contact our Voter Registration Chair for the personal touch. She will bring you a registration form and be sure it is properly submitted. If you prefer, you can check your registration status and register at the Secretary of State website: https://voterstatus.sos.ca.gov/

Secure your vote first by checking on your voter registration status. Be sure that you are registered the way you intend to be.
